- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process until joining.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
