We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience, specializing in sourcing and recruiting for niche and super-niche skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing positions. This role requires expertise in using ATS, various recruitment portals, and headhunting techniques to find the best talent.
You will also have experience working in both subcontracting and full time employment (FTE) models and should have a strong understanding of GSI (Global Systems Integrator) accounts.
