Location: Vijayawada (Work from Office) - Timings: 06:30 PM To 02:30 AM IST
Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for various US non-IT roles, manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, coordinate interviews & follow-ups with candidates, build and maintain strong talent pipelines, and work closely with the team to meet hiring targets. Requirements: 1–3+ years of experience in US non-IT recruitment. Robust communication & sourcing skills, with experience using job boards. Knowledge of US job boards and hiring processes. Ability to work US time zones
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
