About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead SAP, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations for a leading manufacturing company.

The role requires someone with hands-on experience in SAP implementation and post-implementation support, along with the ability to manage broader IT operations. The person will also play a key role in upcoming SAP implementation and transition initiatives across the company's locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP implementation, enhancement, support and optimization initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Act as the bridge between business users, SAP consultants and implementation partners.
- Manage and support SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, FICO and WM.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day SAP issues and support users across business functions.
- Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, firewalls, cloud systems and enterprise applications.
- Oversee cybersecurity, access controls, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Lead ERP upgrades, integrations, infrastructure modernization,



cloud migration and automation projects.
- Manage IT vendors, implementation partners, project timelines and budgets.
- Lead internal IT teams and provide user support and training.
- Support digital transformation and process-improvement initiatives across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

- 15 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Core Team Member in SAP implementation projects.
- Strong experience with SAP implementation and post-implementation support/troubleshooting.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Experience managing broader IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise systems.
- Robust project, stakeholder and vendor-management experience.
- BE Computer Science / MCA / B.Sc IT or equivalent qualification.

Preferred

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Experience in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or similar manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting multiple plants/locations or international SAP rollouts.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Activate.
- SAP, ITIL, cybersecurity, cloud or project-management certifications.
