Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure smooth and secure day-to-day IT operations
- Monitor system performance, security, and data backups
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology requirements
- Implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices
- Lead and support the IT team in resolving technical issues
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT security
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects and priorities
- Leadership and team-management skills
