About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer with strong Aruba networking experience to support our client's enterprise network and day-to-day IT administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and support Aruba 6300M/6200F switches, wireless and network infrastructure.
- Handle VLAN, switching, trunking, PoE, connectivity, basic routing and network performance issues.
- Monitor network incidents, analyze logs and implement approved configuration changes.
- Coordinate with HPE/Aruba OEM support for escalations, hardware replacement and firmware upgrades.
- Provide onsite/remote IT support for Windows, Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, printers, VPN and user accounts.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset management and endpoint/security requirements.
- Maintain IT/network documentation, tickets and incident reports.
- Work independently at the client location and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network support and/or system administration.




- Hands-on experience with Aruba enterprise networking, preferably Aruba 6300M/6200F.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, switching, trunking, subnetting, DHCP/DNS, basic routing and PoE.
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, VPN and endpoint support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred: Aruba/HPE certification, CCNA, Network+/Security+ or Microsoft certification. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking or related field.

Important: This is not a pure Desktop Support/Helpdesk role. Strong hands-on enterprise networking and Aruba switching experience is essential, along with the ability to handle routine IT administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
