- Hands-on experience with the TraceLink application, including serialization, track-and-trace operations, and compliance-related processes.

- Involved in customer onboarding activities, including partner integration, data setup, and end-to-end testing to ensure connectivity.

- Capable of preparing required forms and documentation to support and validate product configuration activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Skilled in Product Master configuration, ensuring accurate product, packaging, and serialization attribute setup in both L4 and L3 levels.

- Experienced in uploading batches, posting batches and shipping events, along with monitoring EPCIS event flows for compliance.

- Proficient in real-time issue handling, troubleshooting integration, event failures, and system exceptions.

- Hands-on experience with process upgrades and current compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory standards.





- Able to propose effective solutions and best-practice approaches that support business needs and improve operational efficiency.

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including change management processes.

- Experienced in providing guidance when new processes are incorporated, including updating procedures (SOPs) and supporting change-control activities to maintain compliance.

- Exposure to installation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), with solid understanding of pharma guidelines and validation processes.

- Good knowledge of US, EU, and China market compliance related to serialization, Track & Trace regulations, and other global market requirementsconsidered a strong advantage.
