Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Infrastructure Lead to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, cloud environment, cybersecurity, and end-user support operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of IT systems while supporting business objectives and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in infrastructure management, network administration, cloud technologies, and IT security, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing effective end-user and application support.
- Monitor network and system health and implement routine updates, patches, configurations, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, user access, permissions, and related infrastructure services.
- Set up, configure, and maintain servers and associated infrastructure from scratch.
- Manage networking components, including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, cabling, and connectivity.
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, allocation, lifecycle, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address technology requirements.




- Maintain accurate documentation of technical configurations, processes, and infrastructure architecture.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, security controls, and incident response activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers whenever required.
- Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, security requirements, and relevant industry standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, operational efficiency, and security practices.

What You Must Bring to the Table

- Robust hands-on expertise in Active Directory.
- Proven experience in setting up and configuring servers from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of networking, including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and structured cabling.
- Hands-on experience in IT asset procurement and asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple IT priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT documentation practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Telecom, Security Solutions, System Integration, or high-availability and mission-critical environments.
