Account &

- Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects within a key growth account, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, cost, SLA and contractual commitments.

Delivery Governance: Establish and maintain strong governance across projects; review MIS, project health, utilization, revenue realization, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client leadership through regular connects, Management Review Meetings (MRM) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).

Revenue Growth &

- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new solutions, technologies and services within existing accounts; support pre-sales, RFPs and sales teams to expand the account portfolio and revenue.

Risk, Quality &

- Compliance: Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks,



early warnings and escalations while ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, information security and audit requirements.

AI, Automation &

- Innovation: Drive AI/automation initiatives, Agile, DevOps and current ways of working to improve productivity, delivery speed, quality and customer value.

Resource &

- Workforce Management: Forecast demand, plan staffing and ensure timely fulfilment of project requirements in coordination with Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition and competency teams.

Capability &

- Talent Development: Drive upskilling, multi-skilling, mandatory training, knowledge management and talent pipeline development across the account.

Team &

- Performance Management: Lead and manage delivery teams, including hiring, on boarding, goal setting, performance reviews, employee engagement, career development, diversity and attrition management.

Continuous Improvement &

- Customer Value: Drive delivery transformation, innovation, value-added initiatives and best practices; present performance dashboards and improvement initiatives to customers and leadership.
