Accountabilities

Maintenance Management / Optimization / Safety

- Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals across port operations, cargo handling, and logistics.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Port Community Systems, Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), RFID, automation, and system integration.

- Advise management on emerging technologies to improve process automation, operational efficiency, and business excellence.

- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of mission-critical IT infrastructure, including networks, ERP, CCTV surveillance, access control, and vessel/yard management systems.

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, integration, and upgrades of TOS, logistics management software, SAP, and other ERP modules.

- Manage IT service providers and technology partners, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with defined SLAs.

- Establish cybersecurity frameworks to protect critical data and operational systems and ensure compliance with applicable government, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

- Plan and manage IT projects related to infrastructure development, system integration, digitalization,



and technology upgrades within defined timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate with Operations, Marine, and Logistics teams to understand user requirements and optimize IT systems and processes.

- Prepare and manage annual IT budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Job Requirement

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT managerial / IT Head role.

- Hands-on experience in port operations, plant operations, logistics, shipping, or supply chain IT systems.

- Experience in IT infrastructure, ERP/SAP, TOS, system integration, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.

- Awareness of regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements applicable to port and logistics operations.

- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project management skills.
