Softaculous Ltd. is looking for an experienced Hardware Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of IT hardware, servers, networking equipment, and related components from both domestic and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure IT hardware, servers, networking equipment, storage devices, and related accessories.

- Source products from domestic and international suppliers, including vendors from China and other global markets.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and customs agents for international shipments.

- Handle import procurement documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Maintain vendor relationships and develop recent supplier networks.

- Prepare procurement reports and maintain procurement records in Excel.

- Work closely with technical teams to understand hardware requirements and specifications.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in IT hardware procurement or purchasing.

- Experience sourcing products from international markets, especially China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or other global suppliers.





- Knowledge of import/export procedures, international shipping, and procurement documentation.

- Understanding of server hardware, networking equipment, computer components, and IT infrastructure.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Good communication and email drafting skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred

- Experience dealing with Alibaba, global distributors, OEMs, or international manufacturers.

- Knowledge of customs clearance and international logistics.

- Experience in IT infrastructure, server, or networking procurement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
