About the Role

We are an established manufacturing company moving from paper based work to digital systems. You will learn how every department works, choose and implement the right ERP for us, replace manual paperwork with digital tools, and set up and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will report directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

- Observe and learn existing work processes across departments, and identify where manual work can be digitised.
- Study our business requirements, evaluate suitable ERP options such as ERPNext, Odoo, Zoho or Tally Prime with add ons, and present a recommendation with costs and timelines to management.
- Lead the implementation of the selected ERP, including setup, data migration, user training, testing and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain Excel sheets, trackers and reports to replace paper records until the ERP is in place.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management.
- Research and recommend new software, tools and technologies that can make our work more efficient.
- Set up, expand and maintain IT infrastructure: computers, printers, network, internet, email, CCTV, data backups and security.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for purchases,



repairs and annual maintenance.
- Train employees on new tools and help them adopt digital ways of working.

Requirements

- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Hands on experience in at least one ERP implementation, from setup to go live.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
- Working knowledge of networking, hardware and system maintenance.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Curious, self driven and willing to learn how a factory runs.

Preferred

- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Google Workspace or workflow automation tools.
