We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join our IT team and support network, hardware, security, and cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot managed switches, VLANs, and basic L2/L3 networking.
- Handle network cabling, RJ45 crimping, tracing, mapping, and patch panels.
- Support enterprise firewalls such as Cisco, FortiGate, or Sophos.
- Manage basic AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and S3.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Support office intercom and internal telephony systems.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and maintain IT documentation and inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
- * 1–3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or infrastructure.
- * Robust practical knowledge of networking and hardware.
- * Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- * CCNA, CompTIA, or AWS certification will be an added advantage.
