We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into actionable insights and functional specifications for our software development teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development methodologies and hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iteratively improve software solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changing workloads.
- Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver solutions.
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MCA /MBA degree in computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Business Analyst, Systems Analysis and QA
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central Finance.
- Robust knowledge of Product Management, Product Backlog Refinement and Estimations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in an Agile, Scrum environment.
- Solid experience in writing T-SQL queries, Data Analysis.
- Proven success with UI design wireframes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) tool Boards, Atlassian JIRA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Product Owner) is a plus.
