About The Role We are seeking an IT Asset Management Site Lead to oversee day-to-day asset management activities at the site. The role involves team coordination, asset allocation and deallocation, inventory management, physical verification, reconciliation, and reporting . The candidate will ensure smooth site operations and effective IT asset service delivery.

The role involves managing the site team and coordinating activities related to the IT hardware asset lifecycle , including asset issuance, returns, inventory checks, physical movement, and reconciliation. The candidate will monitor daily operations and ensure asset records and inventory trackers are maintained accurately.

The position also includes handling asset-related tickets, coordinating with OEMs for repairs, maintaining inventory status, and preparing site-level reports. Knowledge of SEZ/STPI compliance and strong MS Excel skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the site team and assign IT asset management activities.
- Perform physical asset verification, reconciliation, and inventory checks.
- Handle daily tickets related to issuing and allocating IT assets to users.
- Maintain accurate inventory status, stock records, and daily asset trackers.
- Coordinate the physical movement of assets within and between offices.




- Log asset repair requests and coordinate with OEMs for repairs.
- Prepare and submit asset management reports for the site.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and effective service delivery.

Required Skills

- IT Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Knowledge of Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with asset allocation, deallocation, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of SEZ/STPI compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Team management and work allocation skills.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently to achieve team objectives.
- Strong attention to customer service and operational accuracy.
