ManageEngine – IT Asset Management Responsibilities

- Manage IT assets using ManageEngine AssetExplorer / ServiceDesk Plus.

- Create and maintain asset records, including asset ID, serial number, user, location, warranty, and purchase details.

- Track asset allocation, transfer, repair, replacement, and disposal.

- Perform periodic asset reconciliation and inventory verification.

- Manage employee asset handover and return through the system.

- Track hardware and software inventory.

- Generate asset-related MIS and management reports.

- Monitor warranty and AMC expiry dates.

- Coordinate with IT support and vendors for asset-related issues.

- Maintain accurate asset documentation and support internal/external audits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
