About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure across hardware, software, networking, security, and employee devices.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day IT support, infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and basic security administration in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage laptops, desktops, servers, internal systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide hardware, software, and network support to employees.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access control.
- Administer email systems and SaaS tools.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, AMC, and device lifecycle.
- Manage CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, procurement, and maintenance.
- Support meeting rooms, conferencing systems, printers, and office IT setup.
- Assist with basic cloud infrastructure monitoring.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, configurations, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in IT Administration or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and basic Linux.
- Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with device management, endpoint security, and MDM tools.




- Familiarity with email and SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing IT assets and inventory.
- Exposure to CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
- Basic understanding of IT security and access management.

Good to Have

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience in an IoT, hardware, manufacturing, or technology environment.
- Basic Bash or PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of VPNs and network security tools.
