IT Administrator – Position: IT Administrator Industry: Jewellery Retail / Showroom Experience: Any Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field Location: Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment across showrooms and offices. Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting to employees. Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and networking .

Handle and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR and camera connectivity . Support and maintain billing/POS software, barcode scanners, biometric systems and other showroom-related software . Coordinate with software vendors/service providers for technical issues and system updates.

Manage user accounts, email IDs, passwords and system access as per company requirements. Ensure regular data backup and basic data security for key company information. Install, configure and update operating systems, software and antivirus programs.

Maintain proper records of IT assets, hardware, software and licenses .



Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues before they affect business operations. Assist in implementing IT security policies and access controls .

Provide IT support during new showroom setup, system installation and employee onboarding . Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer data. Handle any other IT-related requirements assigned by management.

Skills Required: Good knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi & routers Knowledge of CCTV systems Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and antivirus Basic understanding of POS/Billing software Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to coordinate with external IT vendors Quick learner with a service-oriented approach Fresher: Freshers with a good understanding of computers, networking, hardware/software troubleshooting and strong willingness to learn can also apply.

Preferred: Experience in retail, jewellery showroom or multi-branch business environment will be an added advantage.
