Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor based in Noida.

The Lead

Auditor will plan, conduct, and lead ISO 9001 audits for client organizations, including document review, process evaluation, and assessment of quality management systems. The role involves preparing audit reports, identifying nonconformities, recommending corrective actions, and following up on implementation.

Auditor will collaborate with client teams to provide guidance on ISO 9001 requirements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and conduct training or awareness sessions where needed. The position also includes coordinating with internal consultants, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, and ensuring audits are completed on time and in accordance with established procedures.





Qualifications

- 2 years of experience as a Lead Auditor
- Male candidate as the role requires you to travel PAN India
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, quality management principles, and audit methodologies; experience leading internal and external audits.
- Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance frameworks related to product certification, testing, and quality assurance in domestic and international contexts.
- Skills in planning and organizing audit activities, including developing audit plans, checklists, and schedules, and managing multiple client engagements.
- Competence in report writing, documentation review, and data analysis to evaluate processes, identify risks, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with client stakeholders, conduct interviews, provide feedback, and deliver training or awareness sessions.
- Detail-oriented mindset, solid ethical standards, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional objectivity and confidentiality.
- Relevant ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification from a recognized body; a degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior consulting or industry experience in quality management, regulatory compliance, or product certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
