Position: ISOC Analyst

Work Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

Operational Security & Site Management

- Execute daily ISOC operations in accordance with SOPs.
- Monitor CCTV and C-Cure systems for real-time surveillance.
- Respond to alarms, panic alerts, and emergency situations.
- Manage office key requests and handle lost & found items.
- Track female employee safety during night commutes.
- Provide First Aid/CPR and coordinate medical assistance when needed.

Employee Support & Interaction





- Address employee queries and resolve safety/security concerns.
- Ensure high-quality employee experience in ISOC services.
- Interact professionally with all levels of Adobe management, staff, and visitors.

Incident & Emergency Response

- Investigate incidents including policy violations, trespassing, impersonation, theft, and damage.
- Manage incident response and emergency coordination.
- Prepare and submit incident and operational reports.

Risk & Intelligence Analysis

- Maintain situational awareness of regional and global events.
- Detect and assess threats and incidents impacting employees and operations.
- Use OSINT and internal databases to produce tactical intelligence and conduct investigations.
- Draft and distribute alerts, daily briefs, and weekly intelligence products.
- Support the creation of Travel Risk Assessments and intelligence white papers.

Required Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable company.
- Knowledge of SOC operations.
- Familiarity with safety and security systems.
- Orientation towards safety and security operations.
- Knowledge of OSINT tools and investigative techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in different shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in technologies.
- Physical fitness appropriate to BMI (Body Mass Index).
- Medical fitness is essential.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
