Role Description The ISP Lead Mumbai role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing internet service provider (ISP) operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring network deployment and maintenance activities within the region. The ISP Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure service quality, timely resolution of technical issues, and adherence to telecom regulations and company standards.

Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, optimizing resource allocation, preparing reports for management, and implementing process improvements to enhance network reliability and customer experience.



The ISP Lead will also support training and mentoring of team members to align with operational goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong telecom and networking knowledge, including ISP operations, network deployment, and basic understanding of IP, routing, and infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess project and operations management abilities, such as planning, coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking in a field-intensive environment.
- Candidates should possess people and stakeholder management skills, including team leadership, vendor coordination, and effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify operational issues, and implement practical solutions under time constraints.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, document processes, and communicate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in telecom or ISP operations.
- Familiarity with Indian telecom regulations, safety standards, and field operations practices in large-scale network projects will be an advantage.
