- Lead a team of Quality Analysts to ensure high-quality work delivery within the Medical Coding department.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to medical coding accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in IP DRG or similar roles in the healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis-Related Groups) principles and guidelines.
- Experience in leading teams or managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
