Job Summary

HR Reinvention is a team of HR Professionals who specialize in select areas within HR to help our clients target and deliver values for their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model, and can be deployed globally - onsite, near shore and offshore.

Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Led HR transformation projects including solution design,



execution oversight, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives through engagement with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Own engagement management, including planning, budgeting, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across workstreams.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to support account growth and repeat business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including coaching, performance management, and capability development of team members.
- Drive practice growth initiatives, including improving productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, and supporting headcount growth while managing attrition and team engagement.
- Contribute to domain development, including creation of assets, methodologies, point-of-view, research/white papers, and supporting marketing, public speaking, and industry publications.
- Develop and Leverage AI-enabled tools and solutions to enhance delivery quality, productivity, and innovation across engagements.
- Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.
