Role Description:

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager with a robust owner mindset, executive presence, and deep Service Management expertise. The role partners with client and internal leadership to shape and deliver enterprise-scale transformations across aftermarket service strategy, operations, data, digital platforms, AI, connected assets, and service supply chains.

The Senior Manager provides executive-level advisory, leads complex programs and pursuits, develops Managers and broader teams, and helps grow the Service Management business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Own and shape complex service-management transformation programs from strategy and value case through operating model, process, data, technology, implementation, and benefits realization.
- Advise senior client executives on service growth, customer experience, asset uptime, cost-to-serve, workforce productivity, working capital, resilience, and digitally enabled operating models.
- Lead multi-workstream and cross-functional teams across service strategy, field service, maintenance, connected assets, warranty, installed base, spare parts, repair, returns, and service supply chain.
- Define differentiated transformation roadmaps, enterprise capability architectures, governance, KPI frameworks, investment cases, and phased delivery plans.
- Provide design authority across ERP, EAM, FSM, CRM, PLM, IoT, planning, analytics, digital twin, AI, and control-tower ecosystems, ensuring business outcomes remain central.
- Build trusted client relationships, create executive consensus, navigate ambiguity, and resolve critical delivery, commercial, and stakeholder issues.
- Lead sales origination,



qualification, solutioning, RFPs, proposals, estimations, deal shaping, and executive pitches for service-management opportunities.
- Develop market-facing offerings, reusable assets, accelerators, alliance propositions, thought leadership, and industry-specific points of view.
- Lead Managers, Consultants, and Analysts with accountability for staffing, coaching, performance support, capability building, and team engagement.
- Oversee engagement economics, delivery quality, risk, contractual commitments, and value realization while identifying follow-on opportunities.

Preferred Experience

- 14+ years of industry and/or consulting experience, with substantial leadership experience in aftermarket, aftersales, enterprise asset management, maintenance, or service operations.
- Demonstrated success leading large or strategically important service transformations involving multiple functions, countries, business units, or technology platforms.
- Deep expertise in several service domains, with the ability to connect Service Strategy, Field Service, Connected Service, Maintenance, Warranty, Installed Base, Spare Parts and Logistics, Repair and Returns, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong track record of executive advisory, target operating model design, digital strategy, value-case development, program leadership, and organizational change.




- Experience shaping and delivering technology-enabled programs involving platforms such as SAP, IFS, Salesforce, ServiceMax, IBM Maximo, Oracle, PLM, IoT, advanced planning, analytics, or cloud ecosystems.
- Proven business-development experience, including opportunity origination, proposal leadership, solution architecture, commercial shaping, and senior client presentations.
- Experience using data, analytics, automation, AI, and digital platforms to improve service revenue, asset uptime, first-time-fix, SLA attainment, inventory productivity, workforce utilization, and cost-to-serve.
- Cross-industry experience in asset-intensive sectors is preferred, including Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High Tech, Medical Devices, Telecommunications, Utilities, Energy, and Life Sciences.

- Engineering, operations, supply chain, information systems, or related degree; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
