Inventory Management Roles and Responsibilities

- Inventory Manager: Oversees inventory operations, stock accuracy, and inventory policies.
- Inventory Controller: Monitors stock levels, reconciles records, and investigates discrepancies.
- Warehouse Supervisor: Manages receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Storekeeper: Receives, stores, issues, and maintains physical stock.
- Inventory Analyst: Analyzes inventory data, demand trends, and stock turnover.
- Procurement Officer: Purchases materials based on stock requirements and demand forecasts.
- Warehouse Staff: Handles counting, labeling, movement, and proper storage of goods.

Key responsibilities: stock monitoring, receiving and issuing goods, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, preventing overstock/stockouts, maintaining records, and ensuring proper storage.
