Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Semiconductors Ind Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India is currently seeking applicants for an Officer Sub Stores/Material.

What you will be doing:

- Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
- Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts.
- Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies.
- Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
- Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
- Hands-on SAP experience for efficient inventory management including material receipt, issuance and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform all material transactions in SAP.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and proper material identification, handling, and storage.




- Responsible for Meeting department key performance Indicators:

- Production compliance

- Material Usage variance

- Stock accuracy
- Issue of RM in lot on time as per the plan order to production
- MRN/DMR/REJECTION material movement on time
- Material receipt and proper storage
- Publish weekly RM /FV shortage report based on plan order
- Publish the short receipt of material
- Monitor and maintain the records of Material movement of (DEVICES -ASSY) for plating/re work.
- Stock count and publish, the RM and FTD (AREA TU WH-Loc 5000) report as per the schedule
- Supervise & Develop personnel to ensure intended operation efficiently.
- Promote communication, participation through developmental training, motivational activities and monitor its effectiveness.
- Interact with other functions to contribute for continuous improvement in quality, cost & delivery.
- Monitor Operators/Staff attendance & leave plan in coordination with Manager Manufacturing / HR.
- Participate and encourage Companywide Safety Health & Environment Program.
- Maintain Store area & surrounding area neat and clean

What will you bring along:

- Should have 4+ yrs of exp in Inventory management.
- Should have experience with ERP tools.




- Adhere to company policies, discipline, rules & regulation.
- Pro-actively participate in various Meetings.
- Present data / analysis in an effective manner.
- Provide accurate and timely update on various commitments.
- Develop and practice both verbal and written professional communication skills.
- Develop and maintain professional & cordial relationships with superiors, peers & subordinates.
- Participate in 5S drive.
- Follow procedures as per ISO 9k, 14k, 45k Standard.
- Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement projects.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
