Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, timely availability of materials, and efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in inventory management, stock tracking, and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Monitor inventory movement, including inward and outward materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Track inventory consumption and prepare stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory and prevent stock shortages.
- Manage vendor coordination for inventory-related requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure effective storage, handling,



and organization of inventory items.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Store Management, Warehouse Operations, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management.
- Experience in maintaining inventory records and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the event management, wedding, hospitality, or production industry.
- Knowledge of warehouse management and material handling.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and ERP software.
