1. Role Overview To manage end-to-end inventory accuracy, availability, and control for e-commerce operations, ensuring minimal stockouts, reduced inventory shrinkage, and timely reconciliation of physical and virtual inventory.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound operations, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), putaway, bin management, and cycle counts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across WMS/ERP systems and physical stock, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor stock aging, slow-moving, and near-expiry inventory, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams for timely action.
- Ensure proper inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Coordinate with dispatch, procurement, and finance teams for timely inventory reporting and closure of discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory availability to minimize stockouts and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Track inventory adjustments, damaged stock, and inventory losses.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and MIS to support operational decisions.




- Ensure adherence to inventory management processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in inventory management, preferably in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of GRN, putaway, bin management, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
- Experience working with WMS/ERP inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
- Reduction in stockouts and inventory shrinkage.
- Timely completion of cycle counts.
- Inventory aging and stock availability.
- Timely reporting and closure of inventory discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
