Role Description The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Tezpur, responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy and coordinating daily logistics operations. This role includes monitoring stock levels, recording product movements,



and reconciling discrepancies to ensure timely availability of iron and steel products for retail and wholesale customers. The coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams, and maintain updated records in inventory and logistics systems.

Day-to-day activities also include preparing inventory and logistics reports, supporting process improvements, and contributing to the implementation of more structured workflows and tools. The role requires close collaboration with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to support operational efficiency and reliable customer service.

Qualifications

- Graduate preferred.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience using inventory or billing software preferred.
