We are hiring candidates for the International Voice Process at Xeedo Technologies, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers over calls, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

### Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.

Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.

Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

### Requirements





- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Candidates with International Voice / BPO / Customer Support experience are preferred.

Freshers can also apply.
