Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days

Handle customer queries for an Ecommerce process through non-voice support channels. Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and timely written resolutions.

The role involves supporting customers with order and service-related queries, documenting interactions appropriately, and maintaining professional written communication throughout the customer journey.
