About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate International Sales Executive to handle inquiries and close sales with customers in the US, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia. You will be the first point of contact for international buyers, guiding them from inquiry to order.

Shifts

- 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
- 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM

- What You Will Do

- Respond to international leads and inquiries by chat, email and phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Follow up on quotes and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Build strong relationships with recent and repeat customers
- Coordinate with the design, production and dispatch teams so orders run smoothly
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow ups and sales in the CRM

What We Are Looking For





- 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in jewelry, diamonds or luxury products
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow up skills
- Comfort working rotational and night shifts
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email and chat platforms
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Must be able to work on-site in Surat

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, certifications or jewelry terminology
- Experience dealing with US or UK customers
