INTERNATIONAL TEAM LEADER – MIZORAM PROJECT

Intermittent Basis

Project Title : “Mizoram State Super Specialty Cancer & Research Centre Project, Aizawl, we invite experienced international professionals for the position of International Team Leader on an intermittent basis.

The International Team Leader shall provide overall technical and project management leadership from the design stage through construction, commissioning and completion of the hospital project.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary project team.
- Review hospital planning, design and engineering proposals.
- Provide guidance on project management, construction supervision, quality and programme.
- Coordinate with the Client, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.




- Review critical design and construction issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide inputs during testing, commissioning and project completion.
- Support capacity building and knowledge transfer to the Client/project team.
- Provide guidance for implementation and integration of IT initiatives in hospital management.
- Participate in project review meetings and undertake periodic site visits to Mizoram as required.

Eligibility

Education

- B.E.(Civil) and Masters Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 20 years of skilled experience.
- Experience in hospital planning and design.
- Experience in project management services covering design, construction and completion of public-sector projects.
- Experience as Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader in at least three JICA or other international donor-financed projects.
- Professional experience in at least one project in India.
- Experience in planning and designing a hospital with more than 150 beds.
- Experience in capacity building and implementation of IT initiatives in hospital management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
