Job Title: International Sales Executive US Market (Night Shift)

About the Role :-

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented International Sales Executive to develop and expand our network of freight forwarding agents across the USA.

The role involves identifying potential overseas freight forwarding partners, making outbound calls and emails, introducing our company and services, understanding their business requirements, and converting them into active network partners and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential overseas freight forwarding agents.
- Introduce the company, capabilities, and network proposition to prospective partners.
- Qualify potential agents based on trade lanes, shipment volumes, product strengths, geographic coverage, customer base, and existing India/Asia business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas freight forwarding agents.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into network members and active business partners.
- Identify opportunities for export nominations, import business,



and cross-trade opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to convert agent relationships into actual shipments and business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Regularly engage with existing overseas agents to generate additional business.
- Research the US freight forwarding market and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve defined monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, recent agents, and business generated.

Candidate Profile:-

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable communicating with overseas customers and companies over the phone.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, international sales, or overseas agent coordination will be an advantage.
- Willing to work in a US business-hours aligned shift.
