About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive for a leading Diamond Industry company based in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for handling overseas clients, generating international business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international sales and client coordination.

Communicate with overseas customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Generate new international business leads and maintain existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain solid professional relationships with global clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.





Minimum 1–3 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales.

Experience in Diamond, Gems & Jewellery industry will be preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).

Strong negotiation and client handling skills.

Comfortable working in night shifts.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email Drafting, and CRM handling.

Preferred Skills

International client handling experience.

Lead generation and sales conversion skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
