Working Days: 5.5 Days | Sunday Fixed Off

Job Role

We are hiring confident and energetic Process Associates for an Australian Outbound Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Australian customers/leads.
- Handle high-volume calling and connect with 500+ customers/leads daily.
- Perform cold calling and explain campaign offerings.
- Generate quality leads and maintain professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate calling records as per process guidelines.
- Achieve individual performance and lead-generation goals.

Eligibility
- Prior outbound/cold-calling experience is mandatory.
- Australian process experience will be preferred.
- International outbound voice experience will also be considered.
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Candidates with strong sales/cold-calling skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Incentives
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
- Australian Process Experience: Up to ₹28,000+
- Robust International Outbound Experience: Up to ₹30,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Uncapped Incentives based on leads generated.
