The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the international voice process, demonstrating a solid ability to generate leads through effective communication and outreach strategies. This role is crucial for driving our sales efforts in the international market, particularly focusing on outbound calls to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Work in a night shift environment, ensuring flexibility and commitment to the role.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.





Required Skills

- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling, particularly in an international BPO or call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
