About the Role

Milana Academy is looking for a passionate, creative, and nurturing International Preschool / KG Teacher to join our team. We are seeking educators trained in Montessori or Cambridge methods to guide young learners across Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lessons tailored for early childhood education (Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG).
- Foster a positive, creative, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Apply international teaching methodologies, specifically Montessori or Cambridge-trained techniques.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.Ed / D.El.Ed / Montessori Trained (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience: Prior experience in early childhood or kindergarten education is preferred.
- Skills & Mindset:
- Deep passion for early childhood education.
- Creative and nurturing approach to teaching.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
