We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Airoli, Mumbai.

Eligibility

- Graduate freshers only
- 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Willing to work from the Airoli, Mumbai location

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹2.8 LPA
- Approx. ₹18,000 in-hand per month
- Up to ₹3,000 night shift allowance
- Cab facility available
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
- Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain customer service standards




- Document customer interactions in the system
- Follow process, quality and company guidelines
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
