International Customer Care Executive For Voice and Blended Process

Noida based International Company is hiring for US Voice and Blended Process, candidate should have excellent verbal and written skills, salary Rs.51400 ctc and Rs.42800 inhand, any grad. or undergrad. with 01 year of international call center exp. can apply, should be open for night shifts, 5 days a week working, no cab, work from office profile.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a qualified and timely manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction





Document call details and update records in the system

Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required

Candidate Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

01 to 06 years of experience

Willingness to work in a voice process and rotational shifts

Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude

Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
