- We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a US Healthcare Process. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to the US Healthcare process.
- Provide effective support to patients, providers, or other healthcare stakeholders.
- Handle high-volume calls professionally.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication.
- Resolve customer issues with a customer-first approach.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.

*Requirements
- HSC, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare customer service.
- Experience in medical billing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.

* Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:




- Claims processing
- Provider support
- Patient support
- Revenue cycle management
- BPO/Healthcare support environment

* Shift & Working Days
- Rotational shifts (24/7)
- No midnight shifts
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs

* Salary
- Depends on last drawn salary
- Maximum: ₹40,000 in-hand

No transportation/cab facility is provided by the company.
