Role Description The International Inside Sales Executive will manage and grow global customer accounts through proactive outbound and inbound sales activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, involving regular engagement with international dental professionals, distributors, and partners via phone, email, and online meetings. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery,



and providing responsive customer service for pre- and post-sales support. The Executive will collaborate with the sales leadership to develop territory plans, understand product portfolios, and share market feedback to support continuous improvement and product positioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B or international setting.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with international clients through verbal and written channels.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, ensuring responsive support, relationship building, and retention of key accounts.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in international trade or exports, familiarity with dental or medical products, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
