Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of International Chat experience is mandatory.
- UG / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent C1-level written English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction and comprehension skills.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Comfortable handling international customers through live chat.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
