ROLE SUMMARY

Type Full-Time Manage international patient enquiries and leads, coordinate medical cases with hospitals and doctors, support patients throughout their treatment journey, and contribute to patient conversion and revenue growth. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email and digital channels. Collect medical reports and understand the patient's treatment requirements. Coordinate case evaluation, online consultations, quotations and hospital appointments. Manage follow-ups from enquiry through consultation, admission, treatment and discharge. Coordinate with visa, travel, accommodation and airport-transfer teams when required. Maintain CRM/Excel records and track leads, consultations and conversions. Coordinate with international referral partners and handle patient concerns professionally.

REQUIRED PROFILE

2–3 years of experience in Medical Tourism, International Patient Services,



Hospital IPD or Healthcare Coordination.

Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and follow-up skills. Basic medical terminology and ability to organize patient medical documentation.

Good command of WhatsApp, email, Excel and CRM tools. Patient-centric, professional and target-oriented approach.

Arabic / French / Bengali / Nepali language skills are an advantage.

SIGNIFICANT

This is a medical tourism facilitation and patient coordination role. The candidate will not provide medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations; clinical decisions remain with the treating doctors/hospitals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
