Key Responsibilities

- Connect with nurses and working professionals to understand their career goals.
- Counsel candidates about overseas employment opportunities in Germany and Japan.
- Explain career growth, lifestyle, and financial benefits of working abroad.
- Promote and sell German language training programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and candidate records in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build solid and long-term relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a passion for sales and counselling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.
