Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an International Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new international markets and distribution opportunities for Epione’s product portfolio, including pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, ayurvedic, and food supplements. Daily responsibilities include generating qualified leads, building and nurturing relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners, and supporting negotiations and contract finalization in alignment with company policies.

The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for pricing, regulatory documentation, logistics planning,



and ensuring smooth execution of international business operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in International Business Development and International Business to drive global market expansion and manage cross-border partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with global stakeholders, prepare presentations, and negotiate business terms.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify and qualify recent international customers, distributors, and business channels.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG sectors with exposure to international markets is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, strong analytical and negotiation capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
- Comfort with occasional international travel, understanding of global regulatory and compliance aspects, and commitment to ethical business practices.
