The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling international customers over calls. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions. Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers. Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and quality standards. Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/process systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Follow company policies,



process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support. Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills. Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts / international shifts, including night shifts. Candidates from US/UK/Australia international voice processes are preferred.

Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred. Education12th Pass / PUC / Graduate. Graduation is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

CompensationCTC: Up to ₹7.8 LPA, depending on experience, communication skills, current CTC, and interview performance.
