About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding technical and business requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and successful onboarding.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of technical skills, job descriptions, and

IT/functional requirements to effectively identify and shortlist the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment for multiple positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyse Job Descriptions and understand required technical skills, tools, technologies,

qualifications, and experience.
- Develop a transparent understanding of technical requirements and translate them into effective candidate search criteria.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media,

and internal databases.
- Identify relevant technical keywords, skills, certifications, and industry experience while sourcing candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on both technical and functional requirements.
- Understand the difference between mandatory and preferred technical skills when evaluating candidates.
- Conduct effective preliminary discussions with candidates to validate their experience with required technologies and skill sets.
- Shortlist candidates who closely match the hiring manager's requirements.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring managers.




- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Track recruitment activities, interview status, offers, and joining details.
- Ensure hiring targets and recruitment TATs are achieved.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates for management.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Technical & Recruitment Skills Required
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT skill sets.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical Job Descriptions.
- Good knowledge of commonly used IT technologies, tools, programming languages,

databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and frameworks.
- Ability to identify relevant technical keywords and skill combinations while sourcing candidates.
- Understanding of technical terms such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, Java, .NET, Python,

SQL, Cloud, DevOps, QA/Testing, Data, APIs, etc.
- Ability to assess whether a candidate's technical experience aligns with the requirement at a preliminary recruitment level.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree HR, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably with experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening technical candidates.
- Good understanding of the Indian recruitment market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and organized approach
