Key Responsibilities

Handle all internal media, photography, videography and content creation for Arch4 and THARAVAADU.

Regularly capture project progress, site activities, construction stages, architectural works and completed works.

Create Reels, videos, photos, stories and posts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.

Coordinate with the Architect, Project Manager, Site Engineers and Marketing Team to understand ongoing activities and content requirements.

Maintain an organised photo/video archive of all projects and significant events.

Prepare before-and-after, progress and promotional content for THARAVAADU.

Support client meetings, site visits, events, exhibitions and promotional activities through photography and video.

Edit videos and photos professionally using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or equivalent.

Coordinate with external media agencies, photographers and videographers when required.





Ensure that all published content follows the brand guidelines and approval process of Arch4 and THARAVAADU.

Maintain a regular content calendar and submit weekly/monthly media reports.

Assist the marketing team with lead-generation content and project presentations.

Ensure confidential project/client information is not published without approval.

Preferred Skills:

Photography & videography

Video editing & graphic design

Social media content creation

Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts

Drone photography/videography knowledge is an advantage

Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / CapCut

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of architecture, construction and real-estate projects is preferred.

Willingness to travel to project sites.

Important Note: This is primarily an in-house media role, not just a social-media posting job. The person should be capable of going to the site, understanding the project, capturing the right content and converting it into professional marketing material.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
