WE ARE HIRING - INTERNAL AUDITOR

Location: KOLLAM CHAVARA AREA

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of auditing experience in Microfinance (MFI) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of internal audit processes, compliance, and risk assessment
- Willingness to travel to various branches as part of audit activities
- Age: Below 38 years

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits across branches to ensure policy and regulatory compliance
- Verify operational, financial, and process controls
- Identify risks, gaps, and deviations, and suggest corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Follow up on audit observations and implementation status
